The Faerie dragon is vastly miniscule compared to species such as the Dracotank and the Common Mountain dragon. Weighing about twelve pounds and having a head-to-tail length of 22 inches at adulthood, they are the smallest known dragon and have a lifespan of approximately 60 years. They live together in large colonies of up to 200 individuals in woodland areas near a source of water, typically a creek or nearby river.
